o The only requirements are:
§ The bike has not been ridden more than 300 miles based on the
odometer reading at the time of delivery.
§ The bike must be in the same physical condition as it was at the
time of delivery and have all accessories that came with the
bike at time of delivery.
§ There are no signs of customer abuse or neglect.
o The 3 – day period starts the day of delivery unless the bike is delivered
after 2:00 P.M.; if so, the 3 – day period will start the next day.
Bikes that are shipped “sight unseen”:
o The 3 – day period will start the day the bike is received by you from
the shipper.
o Bike must be received by Team Mancuso Powersports within 21 days of your
notice to us (within 3-days of receipt from shipper) that you are returning
the bike. All return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the
customer with the exception of a bike that is being returned due to an
inaccurate description of the bike’s condition.
